Creating Space for Healing and Transformation

I’m a registered clinical counsellor offering a compassionate, client-centered space for people navigating life’s many challenges. I believe that healing begins with feeling truly heard and supported—and that every person has the strength within them to grow, adapt, and thrive. My approach blends evidence-based practices like EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to support you in processing difficult experiences, building emotional resilience, and creating meaningful change in your life. I’m here to walk alongside you—wherever you are on your journey.

First Responders

I specialize in supporting individuals who’ve experienced trauma and PTSD, including those in high-stress roles such as, firefighters, paramedics, police officers, doctors, and nurses. Using EMDR and other evidence-based approaches, I help clients process the weight of their experiences and move toward lasting relief and resilience.

Men’s Mental Health & Life Transitions

I work with men navigating the unique pressures of modern life — including workplace stress, relationship challenges, fatherhood, and the weight of unspoken expectations. In a supportive, non-judgmental space, we explore what’s beneath the surface and develop practical tools for resilience, clarity, and connection.

Religious Trauma & Spiritual Wounding

I support individuals who are healing from experiences of harm, control, or shame within religious or spiritual communities. Together, we create space to process these wounds, rebuild trust in yourself, and explore a path forward that honors your own beliefs and values.  

Childhood Trauma

Our early experiences—especially those involving neglect, abuse, or a lack of emotional safety—can leave lasting echoes into adulthood. In a safe and compassionate space, I help individuals explore the past, reclaim their resilience, and rebuild a grounded, worthy sense of self.
